Dianna Dunn
It’s got to glow! Painting is one way I relate to and communicate with people. After all, isn’t communication considered an
art form? Whether luminous or muted in color, drawn with subtle or bold lines, something you easily recognize or an
image that leaves you wondering; I want each work to talk to you, to make you laugh, to intrigue you, to move some
emotion within you.
Back in our childhoods, the pictures in our first books jump-started our imaginations and helped us understand the world
around us. Should that change as we get older? I think not. For me, being an ‘adult’ (well, sometimes I am) just means I
get to buy all the crayons and brushes and paints and paper and canvases and markers and…..well, you get the idea…. I
ever wanted. For you, it should mean that you still get to look at the pictures first.Website: www.diannadunn.com
