Here are things you should be sure you did. This is for your personal use.
( ) Are you submitting on time?
( ) On the entry form, have you identified the proper media division?
( ) Was the work done within the past three years?
( ) Did you meet the image requirements?
( ) Did you label your digital image file or slide with all the information asked for?
( ) Is the entry form completely filled out?
( ) Does the name and other information about the image match what you have on the CD or slide?
( ) Did you enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope that will fit your CD (if you are sending one); and has it
the correct postage?
( ) Is the check enclosed (if paying by check)?
