November 28, 2011 - Deadline (postmarked or email date) for submitting images.
December 8, 2011- Accepted artists are notified by email.
Dec 22, 2011- Final date (postmarked) of payment of voluntary *Allocation & Marketing fee (A&M fee) for
artists qualifying for Master and Master Plus designation. Award winners are announced.
Dec, 27, 2011 (or before) - Accepted art is placed in temp gallery, artists invited in to check color balance of
their accepted work.
January 12, 2012 - Gallery of Accepted Art opens.
Jan14, 2012 - News release forms are made available to accepted artists for them to complete and send to
their local news media
Jan 15, 2012 - Commencement of fund disbursement to award winners
November 28, 2013 - Exhibition officially closes.
